If you are interested in placing a special order, email us at orders@secretcityweaponeers.com. Special orders may require additional lead time and may cost more than our standard items. Due to order volume, we may be unable to accept special orders. Special orders are covered by our Lifetime Warranty, but are not eligible for our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
As we are located in the state of Tennessee, we are required to collect 9.25% sales tax for items shipped to addresses within the state of Tennessee.

We accept all major credit cards and other funding methods accepted by PayPal. A PayPal account is not required to pay using a credit or debit card.
We also accept USPS Postal Money Orders. If you wish to use this method, instructions will be provided at checkout. Instructions are also included in your order confirmation email.
We are usually able to process your order within one business day. You can check the status of your order and view tracking information by logging into your account and following the link for order status. When the status of your order has changed, you will also receive an update email.
In most cases, you may change your order after it is placed and before it ships. If you realize that you have ordered incorrectly, need to change your shipping address, or need to make other changes, contact us as soon as possible.
In some cases, changes to ordered items can not be made, especially those not requested promptly after initial order. We will do our best to accomodate requests for changes.

Please note that changes to ordered items resets the lead time on your order to 6-8 weeks from change date. Change date is the date the change is confirmed by us. Changes to shipping address or contact information does not affect lead time.
